Complete project documentation — from building permit documentation to detailed design for the delivery itself. In 2D and 3D, including the electrical part — for compressed air, oil and fuel systems, cooling circuits and production lines.
Compressor rooms, distribution piping and air treatment. Sizing, supply, installation and service of the complete system.
Storage, transfer and distribution of lubricating and hydraulic fluids, including level monitoring and spill containment.
Removal of exhaust gases, welding fumes, oil mist from machining and vapours from chemical handling.
Control systems, PLC programming, SCADA visualisation and remote monitoring of industrial technology.
Integration of industrial robots into production processes — FANUC, KUKA, ABB and Universal Robots.
Design and delivery of complete chilled and process water circuits — pumping stations, distribution, water treatment and the full control system: control panel, PLC, pump regulation, visualisation and BMS integration. Chillers, dry coolers and cooling towers supplied with a specialist partner as part of one package.

Compressor and HVAC unit manufacturer · South Moravia
Complete system for storage, drying and distribution of industrial oils feeding a compressor assembly line. Four ATEX pump sets, a 4 × 1,500 l double-walled tank, magnetostrictive level sensing with a web interface, and a control panel prepared for integration with the plant's supervisory system.
Public transport vehicle depot · Hradec Králové Region
Full fit-out of a new compressor room for a service hall — variable speed screw compressor, air receiver, refrigeration dryer, filtration and condensate separation, plus replacement of the entire compressed air distribution network and all outlet points across the hall.
Automotive gearbox manufacturer · South Bohemia
Double-walled above-ground cylindrical tank in a fenced outdoor station, pneumatic piston pump and welded stainless steel distribution piping across the production hall. Level monitoring with remote web access and automatic shutdown on fire detection.
Precision turned parts manufacturer · Central Bohemia
Distribution of cutting emulsion to every machine tool in the hall, with a return system that recovers condensed oil from the mist extraction separators and pumps it back to the storage tank, reducing consumable losses.
Pneumatic and hydraulic component manufacturer · South Moravia
Compact filtration and pumping unit integrated directly into a honing machine. Welded steel reservoir with pump and filter assembly maintaining continuous supply and closed-loop filtration.
Materials handling equipment manufacturer · Pilsen Region
Two independent extraction systems — an articulated arm capturing mist generated by a machine saw, and a filtration unit removing smoke produced when cutting rubber hose on the production line.
